Return FAQ categories with their ordered entries (``all`` holds every FAQ).

A FAQ category with its ordered entries (``all`` carries every FAQ).

A single FAQ entry within a category.

- `id` (string, required)
- `question` (string, optional, nullable)

- `modified_at` (datetime, optional, nullable)
